Mena Suvari Divorce: Suvari’s Ex & Support, Mena Suvari’s soon-to-be ex-husband Simone Sestito is asking for $17,151/month in spousal support.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ, Sestito claims he has “negative balances” in his personal and business accounts and became accustomed to living an extravagant lifestyle with the American Pie actress during their five-year romance.

Sestito claims he and Suvari, 33, ate out “almost everyday at high end restaurants. He estimated dining expenses as $3,000/month and claims the actress is making $750,000 a year.

Suvari began dating Sestito in 2007 and the couple married on June 26, 2010. The actress filed for divorce on Jan. 13, 2012. In addition to the $17,151 Sestito is asking for a month, he also wants $10,000 in attorney fees. (Us Magazine)
