Casey Anthony Journals Public, Casey Anthony’s journals could become public when she appears in court next January. On Tuesday it was reported that Anthony had been keeping a journal since getting locked up before acquitted on murder charges last year. She has since been in hiding but those “private” writings could be read to the jury when she goes to court. Anthony will be appearing in front of a judge and jury because a woman named Zenaida Gonzalez is suing her. According to Radar Online, Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation, after Anthony said a woman with a similar name kidnapped her daughter, Caylee. Gonzalez believes Anthony’s journals will prove her case.

“Casey is going to be grilled by Zenaida’s lawyers about her journals because they believe that Zenaida is mentioned in them and that is relevant information that the jury needs to hear,” said a source.

Casey Anthony’s journals becoming public could be a huge break. Although many believe that she has gotten away with murder, some think these journals could provide additional evidence needed to prove her guilty after all. It is believed that these so-called journals have been confiscated already, otherwise Anthony could just burn them before the trial. Also, would she actually write any confessions down with a chance that someone else could easily take the book and read it? It sounds like a bunch of false hope. It is hard to say if anything will come out of these journals, but people are very curious nonetheless.

Casey Anthony’s journals going public could be bad news for her. However, it is unknown if all of the writings will be released to the public. Chances are, the parts of the journals that do not mention Zenaida will not be read aloud to the jury or may not even be read at all. (Examiner)
